About Jeremy

Jeremy is a new tutor with Tutoring For Success and has 3 years of experience tutoring college and high school chemistry and math. While at James Madison University, Jeremy worked as a Teaching Assistant in chemistry and guest lectured for his professor. Jeremy helps students better understand the material for their classes as well as build strong study and learning habits. He also likes to use technology and hands-on materials when possible. When tutoring, Jeremy makes an effort to first connect with his students to better understand where they are struggling, and then works with them to create a plan for academic success.

“I have 2 chemical research publications under my belt with a possible third coming by the end of 2024. Most weekends, I spend my time either reading about history or physics and playing chess. I am hoping to be able to attend grad school in the future for either nuclear or quantum chemistry/physics.”
